Treatment of nasolabial folds, one of the most requested cosmetic procedures, involves addressing the cheeks to redistribute volume and improve the appearance of nasolabial folds by injecting dermal filler. In this case, we combined two approaches: injecting 1 syringe of RHA4 filler into the upper cheek for a visible lift and 1 syringe of RHA3 filler directly into the nasolabial fold and perioral area to address deep folds and post-acne scars. Additionally, the patient received Botox to the upper face for a smoother look.
